Our last visit was just a tire change and took 2 hours despite an appointment. The fact that we were finished about 10 minutes before closing may have played a part, but they were always pleasant and helpful. The tyre change was supposed to be accompanied by a check of the suspension set-up, but unfortunately we did not have the equipment we needed for the check.
